Refund policy

RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS PROVIDED.  

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.  

Damaged or Defective Items:  
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
- Provide your order number, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the product and packaging.  
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit.  

Refunds (if applicable):  
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.  
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.  
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
